1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by jam350 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, as distinct from Bonus funds.
• "Game" or "Gaming Activity" includes all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, togel draws, and other gambling products offered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use jam350. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction. jam350 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is operated internationally and licensed by offshore gaming authorities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jam350 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your place of residence. jam350 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction. 2.3 Residency Requirements

The Platform is specifically designed for residents of Indonesia. When registering, you must provide accurate information regarding your residency status. Attempts to misrepresent your location or use VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions may result in Account termination and Balance forfeiture.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and confiscation of all Balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on jam350, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account details for deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jam350 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing account holder name). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. jam350 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized Account access.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are required to keep all Account information accurate and up-to-date. If your email address, phone number, residential address, or banking details change, you must update this information immediately through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. jam350 is not responsible for communications sent to outdated contact information.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jam350 accepts deposits via direct bank transfer from major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account Balance immediately. Deposits through other banks may take up to 15-30 minutes to process. jam350 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control.

4.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered User) are strictly prohibited. jam350 reserves the right to reverse any third-party deposits and return funds to the original source. Winnings generated from third-party deposits will be voided.

4.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect banking details, or technical issues, you must contact customer support immediately. Do not attempt multiple deposit transactions if previous attempts have failed, as this may result in duplicate charges or payment processing delays.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your own legal name that matches your verified Account information. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier and verification status. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits upon request.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted between 09:00 and 17:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time) on business days are typically processed within 15-30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Indonesian national holidays, bank maintenance periods, and weekends may result in extended processing times. jam350 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may delay processing by 24-48 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 will require submission of KYC documents if not previously provided. jam350 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion to verify the legitimacy of gaming activity and fund sources.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

jam350 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. These fees are determined by your bank and are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jam350 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds are separate from Real Money and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit plus bonus amount. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games 10%. 6.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

When wagering with an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply. The maximum bet per round/spin is typically Rp 50,000 for casino games and Rp 500,000 per bet for sports betting, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

jam350 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using VPN to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions, coordinated play with other Users to guarantee profits, exploiting software bugs or glitches for unfair advantage, and placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements without risk. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, Accounts suspended or closed, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

6.5 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in gaming activities honestly and in good faith. The use of automated betting software (bots), collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. jam350 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if unfair play is detected.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on jam350 has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and valid bets. These rules are accessible through the game interface or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Disputes regarding game rules will be resolved based on the official rules published on the Platform.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Live betting odds are updated in real-time but are subject to acceptance delays. jam350 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time.

7.4 Malfunction Disclaimer

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect display of odds or results, or technical failure, jam350 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account Balances to their pre-bet state. Users will be notified of voided bets and the reasons therefore. Malfunctions do not invalidate properly placed and accepted bets that were not affected by the malfunction.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jam350 platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Making deposits from bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or IP address
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tool to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain

Violation of any prohibition listed above will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While jam350 strives to maintain 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, internet connectivity problems, or factors beyond our control may result in temporary service disruptions. jam350 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability.

9.2 No Warranty

The Platform and all gaming services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jam350 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 9.3 Financial Loss

9.4 Third-Party Links

9.5 Maximum Liability

10. Dispute Resolution
